The other can be seen if you type something like this: MYCLASS.callMyStaticMethod(); MyClass.callMyStaticMethod();In the above two lines, the first one is highlighted as a constant, even though it's a class name. The second is highlighted correctly. Unfortunately, I suppose this will be very difficult to fix because MYCLASS could legally be either a class or a constant, depending on how it's defined.
