It seems the case snippet was scoped to source.ruby and a def … end snippet USED THE SAME UUID as a ruby snippet.

I did not check if the other items re-use existing UUIDs -- Do ensure that this is not the case! FYI this only happens if duplicating items on disk, rather than in TM, something which should not be done without ensuring the new item gets a new UUID.
