Move constant.character.escape.latex into the TeX syntax, and removed the 
corresponding escaping that was already there (Was there a reason for having 
the escapes in both places? ).
Added @ as an allowed character to generic function names, which in regular tex 
files should only be done inside a \makeatletter...\makeatother block.
