Expanded the list of property completions to the same list that is in the syntax. New fixed position snippet for IE6 fixed positioning on the bottom. Perhaps a beginning of a CSS idioms subset of snippets. New scrollbar snippet for all of the IE scrollbar properties. Added the !important keyword to the syntax.
