If you have a problem with TM not being in sync with what’s on disk,
hold down ⌥ when selecting Bundles → Bundle Editor → Reload
Bundles. That will flush the cache first.
That said, a simple “touch Snippets” should be enough for TM to
recognize items in that folder has changed. Normally this is only
necessary when editing the item outside TextMate (svn automatically
updates the folder date when svn up’dating)
