Changed the behavior of completion when inside a command. Escape now does regular completion in the text, while opt-escape offers you a popup with completions with LaTeX library commands (essentially this is the list of commands that appear in the index of the LaTeX companion. The list is rather long, so it is probably more useful to make sure you have the spelling of command correct, or for long commands.
