Insert environment had an exit case incorrect. Insert Command was missing the exit codes require Changed name of the "math mode" command to "Inline math", which is more appropriate. Removed the shortcut for the "unnumbered equation" snippet, but left the snippet there so that it appears on the menu under "Environments".
