Added support for saving the changes to the commands and environments. You should now be able to use the "Set Configuration Options" command to customize the shortcuts and inserted text for the "Insert..." commands.. NOTE: This will overwrite your old configuration file and save it in a new format. It is not backwards compatible, in the sense that if you return to the trunk version of the bundle, the above commands won't work until you remove the file "com.macromates.textmate.latex_config.plist" saved under Preferences.
This is almost production ready, so adventurous users that don't have critical LaTeX work atm feel free to test it out and send me feedback.
