In some places the old filterOn was being used, changed to use the new match key instead. Now that we use a ruby block booleans do not need to be converted to string, unfortunately this conversion was only half finished which caused problems that are now fixed. Some old code for plist stuff that was never being reached (intentionally) have been removed
