- renamed command name "Tidy" to "Tidy (removes all comments!)"
- fixed "require(xxx) for ...": if no function was found nothing will be
inserted (instead of require(base) => TODO solving the issue for e.g.
'try(polySpline(' to detect the correct function name)
- (first trial) added syntax highlightning and displaying in the symbol list of
setMethod, setGeneric, setGroupGeneric, and setClass
