Sorry! You're a victim of my diff villany. It's actually the other way
around: I had to switch to each_line to get io.rb to work with 1.9:
case block.arity
when 1 then lines.each_line { |line| block.call(line) }
when 2 then lines.each_line { |line| block.call(line, name) }
end
