Parsing improvements. * Allow dots in references, e.g. ‘launchd.conf(5)’. * Skip curly quote conversion when backtick is part of the quoted text. E.g. ‘procmail(1)’ has »…`hostname` temporary `unique'…« — now punctuation is only changed for ‘unique’.
