Minor improvements to html man. * Use $TMPDIR when available. * Capture stderr from man2html so these are shown incase of error (not ideal, but better than blank page). * Remove the third legacy script path argument — this was required back when JS executions did not have the TM_SUPPORT_PATH environment variable.
