Hello,

hereby I apply for taking over the maintainership for the
SensitiveTicketsPlugin. It has been explicitly marked by the
current/previous maintainer "up for adoption" on 21-Aug-2010 [1].

Part of my plans is collaboration with Ryan, who did something to the
related PrivateTicketsPlugin [2] lately, since there is a fundamental
design flaw, that both, PrivateTicketsPlugin and SensitiveTicketsPlugin
share: Loss of the plugin causes sensitive information disclosure [3].

This is obviously calling for a totally different approach, so there
might be nothing as before after I'm/we're finished. But as always there
is some real world demand behind the scene, that drives me to attempt a
substantial improvement here. And finally all that is in line with an
publicly announced long-term effort to build up (parts for) a more
trusted Trac application [4].

Thank you for considering my application,

Steffen Hoffmann
