Hi,

I am glad that my little Plugin is considered to be added to Debian. I
added the license information you request; I put it under "THE BEER-
WARE LICENSE" (which is also used in AccountManagerPlugin). Note that
there is some little bug, which I documented in 
http://trac-hacks.org/ticket/9697.
Hopefully we get the bug fixed at the end of this week.
