He told them,” You have mastered all the dark arts. If you can perform a yaaga and kill Vikrama Paandian, I shall give half my kingdom to you!”* *The Jain gurus were not fools to reject such an offer. Immediately they set up a large yaaga saala. They dug deep yaaga kundam in the center of the yaaga saala. It was octagonal in shape.The evil homam was lalunched.* *The samithu used for the homam were parts of poisonous plants and trees. The ghee used was extracted from Neem trees. The fat of the all the poisonous creatures and animals were poured into the homa gundam.* *This went on until a killer elephant emerged from the homa kundam.
