Think of this like the daily newspaper. There are
1) sections that you read with care,
2) sections that you merely glance at the headlines,
3) entire sections that you don't even bother to read.
4) and then there are a few sections/articles that have you so piqued that you
actually decide to put down 'pen to paper' (in this case, you decide to sit
down and hit 'reply', and start typing).
