Pranam
: Good thinking. However It is my apprehension that whether the caste
can be a philosophical thought at all. Even the substitution of Brahmin
against the caste is also a misnomer.
We have for everything a yes or no or a duality positive and negative
which is also an analysis. There is the existence is one ; no is another;
if there is no existence and everything is man made against nature then the
divisions by whatever name is called has no value at all since the
freethinking or the freewill does exist .Every species is an individual
with the freewill so that by caste there is nothing evidenced at all.
Because there is not even the parent or relations nor friends at all.

On the contrary, there is the existence, where is the question of
existence showing the differences? Can a mother distinguish the children?.
Hence the intended JATI TRANSLATED ERRONEOUSLY AS CASTE, is playful
triggering the divide and rule from then till date. Jati is the word first
used only in Manu smrithi, a late addition to the Grammar. Verse 4.148
वेदाभ्यासेन सततं शौचेन तपसैव च । अद्रोहेण च भूतानां जातिं स्मरति पौर्विकीम्
॥ १४८ ॥

*vedābhyāsena satataṃ śaucena tapasaiva ca* | *adroheṇa ca bhūtānāṃ jātiṃ
smarati paurvikīm* || 148 || By the constant recitation of the Veda, by
purification, by austerity, and by doing no harm to living beings, he
remembers his previous birth. —(148). That shows that there were no
classifications as seen today right from the vedas to puranas even for a
long time in history. Even here it does not use the word Jati as we know it
today. veda abyasane, satatam souchena, tapasaiva cha, adrohena,
--boothaanam- jati- smarati (smrithi) pourveekam. By study of the vedas,
purity meditation antidroga, on the earth or among the species ancient,
drove the jati as per smrithi. So jaati is not given the meaning the
British gave

Jati is rooted from JANU the birth , to be born and carry 45 meanings
including the jaati, jati, jatee, etc a flower, a place etc etc . Jati is a
tribe. As Maha Perava said that by duty there are 4 varnas, and Iyer ,
iyengar , ashta sastram, vadama, mudaliyar, chettiat etc tribes as Jatis.
Hence it is neither brahmin nor a philosophy, but living tribes as Indians,
americans etc.

Rig vedam 10 90 is Purusha suktham where verse 12 speaks of four
varnas. In no other verses of the Rig vedam on the whole, the words vaisya
and sudra does NOT occur at all.

udbhinnaṃ rājñaḥ // iti catvāro vai puruṣā brāhmaṇo rājanyo vaiśyaḥ
śūdras teṣām evainam udbhedayati tataḥ pañcākṣān prayachann āha diśo
abhyabhūd ayam itīmā evāsmai pañca diśo 'nnādyāya prayachati kṣetraṃ dadāti
tena kṣetre dhṛto bhavati varaṃ vṛṇīte so 'smai kāmaḥ samṛdhyate yatkāmo
bhavati maṅgalyanāmno hvayati yat pūrvaṃ vyāhārṣaṃ tan nen mogham asad ity
asā amuṣya putro 'muṣyāsau putra iti nāmanī vyatiṣajati svargasya lokasya
samaṣṭyai //MS_4,4.6//MAITRAYANI SAMHITA APPENDED TO YV BUT THE OLDEST
SAMHITA EXPLAINING THE Rig Vedam. Here also it is said not as division but
sprang out of Purusha.

Hence caste as philosophy researchable arose well within 500 years
not from Brahmins but from the British Brahmins. KR IRS 23221
