Pranam
A good midday lady chats in the village and then disburses.
Q! It is not sugar that is diabetic; sugar is a misnomer; it is Carbo
in excess indigestible mixing in blood; even protein in excess could be
converted as a carbo and mix in the blood; the fat stored within the belly
will be converted as carbo; that is why one who has a reading at 10 30 PM
as 90 with the hunger when he wakes up and see reads as 150. Hence only
the nurses see the reading at 2 AM to $AM which is the peak. So it is not
sugar or Halwa; it is calorie intake inversely proportional to the insulin
conversion to digestion or storage in layers of inner wall of belly as fat
for future. Muscles can be toned; but not the fat belly so easily. If
you're insulin can do with 1000 calorie only in a day restrict it with one
halwa only if you can; but because of hunger naturally and under diabetic
(people mistake sugar shoot up as Hunger and eat and increase the sugar
levels too) hunger after Halwa you add up food ,and when the calorie
exceeds the 1000 then diabetic face problem/
Q2 It is not BABA worship; the worship whether good or bad makes one
humble and make him grow. It is poverty which can be eradicated by the
population if they contribute the wastage to the surrounding poor.

Q4 Ahmedabad has been shown to have what every place will have
normally. Some
historians say that the area around Ahmedabad has been inhabited since the
11th century, when it was known as Ashaval. Chalukya ruler Karna of
Anhilwara (Patan) defeated the Bhil king of Ashaval and established a city
called Karnavati on the banks of the Sabarmati. Sultan Ahmed Shah in 1411
laid the foundation of a new walled city near Karnavati and named it
Ahmedabad. And there are attempts to rename many muslim nsmed cities back
to the history in UP and Gujarat.
Q5 What many engineers may not know is that our body has electrical
charges too.
Q6 Gluten is the root word of Glutton one who eats and eats. All food
you buy in the west will have to be named as Gluten free or with that.
Gluten is another enemy of Diabetic and hence one who eats wheat chapati
poori will see higher reading. Now in India gluten free products are
available.
Q7 Karma does not attack immediately if so many dravida leaders who had
committed so much should have had the impact. Its a bag stored now and
impacted in later births. If there are many bags carried forward the
earlist one we are now enduring; and if we are clean and even then the Good
karma also of erstwhile will react. Where there is almost nothing and some
error like Mandukya rishi Had, that speaks there itself with the final
Moksha. No one will be offended in the sma birth and it is our satisfaction
on seeing the fallen angels. K R IRS 10321
