Pranam
Q1 is WFH or MIL problem?; immature only that way till they become MIL
and then they expect things which that DIL calls it thus. Priority has to
be scheduled according to the needs and not according to whmis.
Q2 Cute
Q3 The original writer had not gone in depth of Mausala parva. As a
matter of fact, the original 8 chapters of 16th of the 18 books was
obtained from Indonasia . There is a controversy whether it is genuine etc.
However the end is well described and accepted as Genuine only.
Ugrasena must have been pretty older than Krishna; after the son
Kamsa was killed by Krishna, Ugrasena became the KING OF MATHURA AND NOT
DWARAKA. Dwaraka was created as a residence and Kingdom of Krishna as
Singapore does today, then reclaiming the land from the sea. Later Dwaraka
became the first capital of Gujarat. Mayan was said to have built the
Palace and the city. In the chap 8 in that Parva, before departing Krishna
addresses Dwaraka as "KIngdom" only. (Ganguly version). As Indraprastha was
created as a kingdom and was well within Hastinapuram, so too was Dwaraka.
And after the war total History was only for 36 years; it means that
Ugrasena whose Grandson was Krishna had a son Samba and a grandson too who
took over the rest of the kingdom. (as told by Vaisampayanar). So Ugrasena
was the king who was weak at that age. Ugrasena as the elder and a lead
advises prohibition etc. Dwaraka was once named as KOUSHATALI; yadavas and
Andhkas were the remaining tribes within whom the marriage went thro and
settled at Mathura and Punjab. The mix was called KAYASTHAS (chitra guptan
version). Kayasthas has sub gotras too. And there are strong factors of
Yadus, Kayasthas and other tribes migrated to the west settled in
Paraseekam(Iran) , Iraq, north east of Greece etc which is another line.
Thank you
Q4 OK but short sighted as viewing the elephant from one side by touch
as blind.

Chapter Eleven Calculation of Time, from the Atom

TEXT 1 maitreya uvāca caramaḥ sad-viśeṣāṇām aneko ’saṁyutaḥ sadā paramāṇuḥ
sa vijñeyo nṛṇām aikya-bhramo yataḥ

The material manifestation’s ultimate particle, which is indivisible and
not formed into a body, is called the atom. It exists always as an
invisible identity, even after the dissolution of all forms. The material
body is but a combination of such atoms, but it is misunderstood by the
common man.

The atomic description of the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/bhagavatam> is almost the same as the modern
science of atomism, and this is further described in the Paramāṇu
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/paramanu>-vāda
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/vada> of Kaṇāda. In modern science also, the
atom is accepted as the ultimate indivisible particle of which the universe
is composed. Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/bhagavatam> is
the full text of all descriptions of knowledge, including the theory of
atomism. The atom is the minute subtle form of eternal time.

2 Atoms are the ultimate state of the manifest universe. When they stay
in their own forms without forming different bodies, they are called the
unlimited oneness. There are certainly different bodies in physical forms,
but the atoms themselves form the complete manifestation.

3 One can estimate time by measuring the movement of the atomic
combination of bodies. Time is the potency of the almighty Personality of
Godhead, who controls all physical movement although He is not visible in
the physical world.

4 Atomic time is measured according to its covering a particular atomic
space. That time which covers the unmanifest aggregate of atoms is called
the great time.

5 The division of gross time is calculated as follows: two atoms make one
double atom, and three double atoms make one hexatom. This hexatom is
visible in the sunshine which enters through the holes of a window screen.
One can clearly see that the hexatom goes up towards the sky.

6 The time duration needed for the integration of three trasareṇus is
called a truṭi <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/truti>, and one hundred
truṭis make one vedha. Three vedhas make one lava
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/lava>.

7 The duration of time of three lavas is equal to one nimeṣa
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/nimesa>, the combination of three nimeṣas
makes one kṣaṇa <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/ksana>, five kṣaṇas combined
together make one kāṣṭhā <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/kastha>, and
fifteen kāṣṭhās make one laghu <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/laghu>.

8 Fifteen laghus make one nāḍikā <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/nadika>,
which is also called a daṇḍa <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/danda>. Two
daṇḍas make one muhūrta <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/muhurta>, and six or
seven daṇḍas make one fourth of a day or night, according to human
calculation.

9 The measuring pot for one nāḍikā <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/nadika>,
or daṇḍa <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/danda>, can be prepared with a six-
pala <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/pala>-weight [fourteen ounce] pot of
copper, in which a hole is bored with a gold probe weighing four māṣa
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/masa> and measuring four fingers long. When
the pot is placed on water, the time before the water overflows in the pot
is called one daṇḍa <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/danda>.

10 It is calculated that there are four praharas, which are also called
yāmas, in the day and four in the night of the human being. Similarly,
fifteen days and nights are a fortnight, and there are two fortnights,
white and black, in a month.

11 The aggregate of two fortnights is one month, and that period is one
complete day and night for the Pitā
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/pita> planets.
Two of such months comprise one season, and six months comprise one
complete movement of the sun from south to north.

12 Two solar movements make one day and night of the demigods, and that
combination of day and night is one complete calendar year for the human
being. The human being has a duration of life of one hundred years.

13 There are five different names for the orbits of the sun, moon, stars
and luminaries in the firmament, and they each have their own saṁvatsara
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/samvatsara>.

The subject matters of physics, chemistry, mathematics, astronomy, time and
space dealt with in the above verses of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/bhagavatam> are certainly very interesting
to students of the particular subject, but as far as we are concerned, we
cannot explain them very thoroughly in terms of technical knowledge. The
subject is summarized by the statement that above all the different
branches of knowledge is the supreme control of kāla
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/kala>, the plenary representation of the
Supreme Personality of Godhead. Nothing exists without Him, and therefore
everything, however wonderful it may appear to our meager knowledge, is but
the work of the magical wand of the Supreme Lord. As far as time is
concerned, we beg to subjoin herewith a table of timings in terms of the
modern clock.

One truṭi <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/truti>-8/13,500second
One vedha-8/135second
One lava <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/lava>-8/45second
One nimeṣa <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/nimesa>-8/15second
One kṣaṇa <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/ksana>-8/5second
One kāṣṭhā <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/kastha>-8seconds
One laghu <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/laghu>-2minutes
One daṇḍa <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/danda>-30minutes
One prahara <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/prahara>-3hours
One day-2hours
One night-12hours
One pakṣa <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/paksa>-15days

Two pakṣas comprise one month, and twelve months comprise one calendar
year, or one full orbit of the sun. A human being is expected to live up to
one hundred years. That is the way of the controlling measure of eternal
time.

The Brahma <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/brahma>-saṁhitā
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/samhita> (5.52) affirms this control in this
way:

yac-cakṣur eṣa <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/esa> savitā
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/savita> sakala
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/sakala>-grahāṇāṁ
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/grahanam>
rājā <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/raja> samasta
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/samasta>-sura
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/sura>-mūrtir aśeṣa
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/asesa>-tejāḥ
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/tejah>
yasyājñayā bhramati <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/bhramati> saṁbhṛta
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/sambhrta>-kāla
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/kala>-cakro
govindam <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/govindam> ādi
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/adi>-puruṣaṁ
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/purusam> tam
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/tam> ahaṁ
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/aham> bhajāmi
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/bhajami>

“I worship Govinda <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/govinda>, the primeval
Lord, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, under whose control even the sun,
which is considered to be the eye of the Lord, rotates within the fixed
orbit of eternal time. The sun is the king of all planetary systems and has
unlimited potency in heat and light.”

15 O Vidura <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/vidura>, the sun enlivens all
living entities with his unlimited heat and light. He diminishes the
duration of life of all living entities in order to release them from their
illusion of material attachment, and he enlarges the path of elevation to
the heavenly kingdom. He thus moves in the firmament with great velocity,
and therefore everyone should offer him respects once every five years with
all ingredients of worship.

16 Vidura <https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/vidura> said: I now understand
the life durations of the residents of the Pitā
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/pita> planets and heavenly planets as well
as that of the human beings. Now kindly inform me of the durations of life
of those greatly learned living entities who are beyond the range of a kalpa
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/kalpa>.

The years of the demigods are equal to 360 years of humankind. As will be
clarified in the subsequent verses, 12,000 of the demigods’ years,
including the transitional periods which are called yuga
<https://prabhupadabooks.com/d/yuga>-sandhyās, comprise the total of the
aforementioned four millenniums. Thus the aggregate of the above-mentioned
four millenniums is 4,320,000 years.

Q7 end self admission was quite a presence of mind.

Q8 Sand is the grounded history of the earth; sand is powerful as can
be seen a loss of 7200 crore on suez canal recently; all the week(weak)
work did not move the Korean ship; only the sea water surging in dissolved
the sans and flooded so as to float the mass; silica is very powerful.

Q9 Sita was never born to anyone; found while ploughing by Janaka; so
she is a Hidden treasure given to the King; Sanghadasa's Jaina version of
Ramayana, and also in Adbhuta Ramayana sita is described as the daughter of
Ravana who abandoned her and who was found by Janaka; later it is contrived
as Ravana wanted his son in law to visit Lanka so abducted her etc.
Manohar based this in Lankeswaran Tamil Drama.
