Pranam
2 Sleep after the exercise?; no one will sleep; sleep immediately after
the exercise, since, the real exercise would be pumping the blood into the
system when the body wholly would be concentrated by the brain cells; and
so sleep induction cannot occur; but there can be a tiredness and a
relaxation might be required; and all our yogas end with Savasana
(shah-VAH-sah-nah or shih-VAH-snah) is *the final resting pose at the end
of almost every yoga practice* – including the Modo Yoga series. ...
Savasana, quite literally, means “Corpse Pose” – which doesn't exactly
bring such peaceful images to mind, does it? But that's the point. There
the whole system come back to the original status, inducing the closure of
the eyes and non functioning of any limb. Where sleeping itself is an
exercise for the brain ,raising a poor question would make the exercise a
laughing stock.
3 Urinary tract infections are caused by microorganisms — usually
bacteria — that enter the urethra and bladder, causing inflammation and
infection. Though a UTI most commonly happens in the urethra and bladder,
bacteria can also travel up the ureters and infect your kidneys. More than
90% of bladder infection (cystitis) cases are caused by E. coli, a
bacterium normally found in the intestines. If you have a history of
frequent urinary tract infections, you may be given a prescription for
antibiotics that you would take at the first onset of symptoms. Other
patients may be given antibiotics to take every day, every other day, or
after sexual intercourse to prevent the infection. Talk to your healthcare
provider about the best treatment option for you if you have a history of
frequent UTIs.
You can usually prevent a urinary tract infection (UTI) with
lifestyle changes. These tips can include:

   - Practicing good hygiene: You can often prevent UTIs by practicing good
personal hygiene. This is especially important for women. Because the
urethra in women is much shorter than it is in men, it’s easier for E. coli
bacteria to move from the rectum back into the body. To avoid this, it’s
recommended that you always wipe from front to back after a bowel movement.
Women should also use good hygiene practices during their menstrual cycle
avoid infections. Changing pads and tampons frequently, as well as not
using feminine deodorants can also help prevent UTIs.
   - Drinking plenty of fluids: Adding extra fluids, especially water, to
your daily routine can help remove extra bacteria from your urinary tract.
Drinking six to eight glasses of water per day is recommended.
   - Changing your urination habits: Urination can play a big role in
getting rid of bacteria from the body. Your urine is a waste product and
each time you empty your bladder, you’re removing that waste from your
body. Urinating frequently can reduce your risk of developing an infection,
especially if you have a history of frequent UTIs. Drinking plenty of
fluids will encourage this, but makes sure to avoid fluids and foods that
   could irritate your bladder

These can include alcohol, citrus juices, caffeinated drinks and spicy
foods. You should also try to urinate immediately before and after sex.
This could help flush out any bacteria that may have been introduced during
intercourse. You can also wash the genital area with warm water before
having sex. Don’t douche. This practice isn’t recommended by healthcare
   providers.
   - Changing your birth control: Some women have an increased risk of
developing a UTI if they use a diaphragm for birth control. Talk to your
healthcare provider about other options for birth control
   <https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/articles/11427-birth-control-options>
   .
   - Using a water-based lubricant during sex: If you experience vaginal
dryness and use a lubricant during sex, use one that is water-based. You
may also need to avoid spermicide if you have frequent UTIs.
   - Changing your clothing: Avoiding tight-fitting clothing can actually
help keep you dry, preventing bacteria from growing in the urinary tract.
You can also switch to cotton underwear. This will prevent extra moisture
from getting trapped around your urethra.

4 What Is LASIK Eye Surgery?

LASIK <https://www.webmd.com/eye-health/lasik-laser-eye-surgery>, which
stands for laser in-situ keratomileusis, is a popular surgery that can
correct vision <https://www.webmd.com/eye-health/default.htm> in people who
are nearsighted <https://www.webmd.com/eye-health/nearsightedness-myopia>
 or farsighted <https://www.webmd.com/eye-health/farsightedness>, or who
have astigmatism <https://www.webmd.com/eye-health/astigmatism-eyes>.

It’s one of many vision correction surgeries that work by reshaping your
cornea, the clear front part of your eye
<https://www.webmd.com/eye-health/picture-of-the-eyes>, so that light
focuses on the retina in the back of your eye.
Why Is LASIK Done?

When light doesn’t focus on your retina the way it should, your vision
<https://www.webmd.com/eye-health/vision-basics> is blurry. Doctors call
this a refractive error. The basic types include:

   - Nearsightedness (myopia). You see things clearly when they’re close to
you, but things farther away are blurry.
   - Farsightedness (hyperopia). You see faraway things more clearly, but
   closer things are blurry.
   - Astigmatism. This can make everything blurry because of how your eye
   <https://www.webmd.com/eye-health/ss/slideshow-eye-conditions-overview> is
   shaped.

Talk to your doctor about whether LASIK is right for you. You shouldn’t
have the surgery if you:

   - Are younger than 18
   - Are pregnant <https://www.webmd.com/baby/default.htm> or nursing
   - Take certain medications <https://www.webmd.com/drugs/index-drugs.aspx>
   - Have a lot of recent changes to your vision prescription
   - Have thin or uneven corneas
   - Have eye conditions such as glaucoma
   <https://www.webmd.com/eye-health/glaucoma-eyes> or very dry eyes
   <https://www.webmd.com/eye-health/eye-health-dry-eyes>
   - Have other health issues such as diabetes
   <https://www.webmd.com/diabetes/default.htm>, lupus
   <https://www.webmd.com/lupus/default.htm>, or rheumatoid arthritis
   <https://www.webmd.com/rheumatoid-arthritis/default.htm>

   - It’s been around for over 25 years. About 96% of patients reach their
vision goals afterward. An enhancement can raise this number even more.
   - There’s very little, if any, pain
   <https://www.webmd.com/pain-management/default.htm> involved.
   - There aren’t any bandages or stitches

<https://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/getting-stitches-and-caring-for-stitches>
   .
   - If your vision changes as you age, your doctor can adjust it.
   - You probably won’t need to use glasses or contacts as much, or at all,
   after LASIK.

 LASIK Eye Surgery Risks

As with any surgery, LASIK carries some risks, including:

   - It’s a complex procedure. It’s rare, but there may be problems that
permanently affect your vision. This is one reason to choose a surgeon who
has a lot of experience with these surgeries.
   - Rarely, you may lose your "best" correctable vision, the highest
degree of vision that you had while wearing contacts or eyeglasses
   <https://www.webmd.com/eye-health/eyeglasses-that-do-the-job>, after
   LASIK.
   - Most insurance
<https://www.webmd.com/health-insurance/default.htm> doesn’t
   cover LASIK.

5 Lifestyle diseases include atherosclerosis, heart disease
<https://www.medicinenet.com/heart_disease_coronary_artery_disease/article.htm>,
and stroke
<https://www.medicinenet.com/stroke_symptoms_and_treatment/article.htm>;
obesity <https://www.medicinenet.com/obesity_weight_loss/article.htm> and type
2 diabetes <https://www.medicinenet.com/type_2_diabetes/article.htm>; and
diseases associated with smoking
<https://www.medicinenet.com/smoking_and_quitting_smoking/article.htm> and
alcohol <https://www.medicinenet.com/alcohol_metabolism/article.htm> and drug
<https://www.medicinenet.com/drug_abuse/article.htm>abuse
<https://www.medicinenet.com/drug_abuse/article.htm>. Regular physical
activity helps prevent obesity, heart disease
<https://www.medicinenet.com/heart_disease_pictures_slideshow_visual_guide/article.htm>
, hypertension
<https://www.medicinenet.com/high_blood_pressure_hypertension/article.htm>,
diabetes <https://www.medicinenet.com/diabetes_mellitus/article.htm>, colon
cancer <https://www.medicinenet.com/colon_cancer/article.htm>, and
premature mortality. So abuse is the cause and so preventable; but
lifestyle is if family genes?.
6 Not only some antibiotics-but all medicines would have an adverse
effect and so only it is advised to watch, report and change the drug or
dosage; all medicines may not suit all perfectly; there is a
medicine called tramadol; if doctors prescribe, let some one be with the
patient lest they if affected would not know as if they had consumed a
dopamine. 7 Cycling and swimming are the best short time but high
calorie reducers. But if you have any spinal problems check with the
doctor. KR IRS 2921
