Mr Rangarajan, you have 40 years of wide experience as tribunal member to justice, but in my opinion, you are side stepping away, in writing some outside purview knowledge, while your way of thinking is solicited , in describing the the rights and duties of law and the Justice, which freedom GOI granted; or is there no freedom so you remain unparting your experiences and knowledge? I know your caliber, please educate India. Not all that is going on from SC down below till the resignation of the subordinate justice is righteous, but who has to blow the conch?. KR IRS 12222
