ADHARMIC DUE TO KARPANYA DOSHA

Who am I for some sounds as from Ramana Rishi. But it existed since Vedas
of the India was taught to the Brahma and the SUN. EGO , THE *E*VER *G*ROWING
*O*FFENCES scattered on all around one while growing, gets terminated, when
the moment one realised WHO IS HE. The life in every cy le of wearing a new
shirt, is the distance between the EGO and the WAI only. Karma the action
is the cause of all reactions as a flutter once caused by that BUTTER-FLY,
whether the outcome is a chaos or SHREYAS.

svadharme nidhanaṃ śreyaḥ paradharmo bhayāvahaḥ*) || Bhagavadgītā 3.35;2.5

*BG 3.35: It is far better to perform one’s natural prescribed duty, though
tinged with faults, than to perform another’s prescribed duty, though
perfectly. In fact, it is preferable to die in the discharge of one’s duty,
than to follow the path of another, which is fraught with danger.*

It is more enjoyable to be ourselves than to pretend to be someone else.
The duties born of our nature can be easily performed with stability of
mind. The duties of others may seem attractive from a distance and we may
think of switching, but that is a risky thing to do. If they conflict with
our nature, they will create disharmony in our senses, mind, and intellect.
This will be detrimental for our consciousness and will hinder our progress
on the spiritual path. Shree Krishna emphasizes this point dramatically by
saying that it is better to die in the faithful performance of one’s duty
than to be in the unnatural position of doing another’s duty.

*kārpaṇya-doṣopahata-svabhāvaḥ pṛcchāmi tvāṁ dharma-sammūḍha-cetāḥ yac
chreyaḥ syān niścitaṁ brūhi tan me śiṣyas te ’haṁ śādhi māṁ tvāṁ prapannam*

*Now I am confused about my duty and have lost all composure because of
miserly weakness. In this condition I am asking You to tell me for certain
what is best for me. Now I am Your disciple, and a soul surrendered unto
You. Please instruct me.* { Confused and performs duty erroneously telling
like Arjuna, "श्रेयो भोक्तुं भैक्ष्यमपीह लोके । 2.5 SHREYA BOKTHUM,
BEKSHYAMAPI LOKE -- it is better to beg and live rather than killing the
elders-which started the B g as told to the world that agew is not a factor
but....}

Who is the man in material perplexities? It is he who does not understand
the problems of life. In the *Bṛhad-āraṇyaka Upaniṣad* (3.8.10) the
perplexed man is described as follows: *yo vā etad akṣaraṁ gārgy
aviditvāsmāḻ lokāt praiti sa kṛpaṇaḥ.* “He is a miserly man who does not
solve the problems of life as a human and who thus quits this world like
the cats and dogs, without understanding the science of self-realization.”
This human form of life is a most valuable asset for the living entity, who
can utilize it for solving the problems of life; therefore, one who does
not utilize this opportunity properly is a miser. On the other hand, there
is the *brāhmaṇa,* oHr he who is intelligent enough to utilize this body to
solve all the problems of life. *Ya etad akṣaraṁ gārgi viditvāsmāl lokāt
praiti sa brāhmaṇaḥ.* karpanya dosa-- weakness of the mind .

एतैर् विमुक्तः कौन्तेय तमो-द्वारैस् त्रिभिर् नरः ।
आचरत्य् आत्मनः श्रेयस् ततो याति परां गतिम् ॥ २२ ॥

*etair vimuktaḥ kaunteya tamo-dvārais tribhir naraḥ | ācaraty ātmanaḥ
śreyas tato yāti parāṃ gatim* || 22 ||

*etaiḥ*–from these; *vimuktaḥ*–fully liberated; *kaunteya*–O son of Kuntī;
*tamo-dvāraiḥ*–gates to hell; *tribhiḥ*–three; *naraḥ*–a man; *ācarati*
–practises;*ātmanaḥ*–for himself; *śreyaḥ*–auspiciousness; *tataḥ*
–there-after; *yāti*–he attains; *parām*–the supreme; *gatim*–destination.

O son of Kuntī <https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/kunti#vaishnavism>, a
person who is liberated from these three gateways to hell acts for the
welfare of his own self. By this he attains the supreme destination.
