Pranam Can we eat food prepared from outside without verification of the modes of the preparations? In most hotels, the vadais are prepared out of the wasted flours of yesterday adding a few ingredients mixed with some modern masalas ,which taste good at that moment. Later this habit leads to perennial imperfections of the body-system. Especially the diabetic , in short timed journeys and travels better to avoid off. Evils are unavoidable on long trips. The desire to eat by the smell and shape spoils the system. Some ( always only some) would say HOW DOES HE KNOW ALL?; few people on this earth spend time on useful multi variety things to learn; and so try to solve the riddles as far as possible and become LEARNED. Only if the hotel and food preparations kitchens are seen , one would know why home food is far better. KR IRS 2722
