Pranam The comments have already come out of the CJI and the Pardwala and another Surya in today and yesterday from SFO. The problem is every individual talks separately as making criticism whether constructive or consecrated or conservative. Yesterday I pointed out in 2015 as Gujarat Justice he had apologised (Pardwala) in 2015. The CJI in SFO said judges can act only according to the constitution. Justice Pardwala says that the Media is hyping crossing the Lakshman Rekha. Justice Surya adds that they are protectors of the constitution. Similar petitions had been filed right from a chaprasi to the CJI across where WHAT WAS SAID REMAINED ON PRINT BUT ONLY THE WORDS WERE EXPUNGED. So one thing is certain: The constitution is on top; and it shall be protected; is that constitution protected only by the Judges?; not by executive, Media, Parliament and the citizens?. Where the constitution says that no one shall incite other religions or religions; and one says that xxxx shall die because that was THAT; and the entire judiciary kept mum without protecting the constitution on that day, WHOSE RESPONSIBILITY IT IS TO PROTECT THE CONSTITUTION?. Cannot an ordinary citizen protect by uttering in similar terms as "that" pronounced?; because that citizen is not an executive or a parliamentarian not a judge?. In the absence of proper response, LAYING SUCH CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM IN THE SAME WAY AS UTTERED BY THE STARTER IS ERRONEOUS? Will the judiciary instead of deciding whether the cases scattered all around shall be piled up together as part of the judgement or as lamenting about ADOPT A PARTISAN STAND (WHERE IN THE FIRST INSTANT OMITTED TO RAISE WANTONLY OR BY OVERSIGHT) CRITICISING ONLY ONE SIDE AS "INABILITY OF THAT PERSON NUPUR OR RAJARAM" and blame the media , relying on constitution etc ?.This will apply mutadis-mutanti ti Iyer 123 also where ,any lament today. All have come to stay, only because there is no neutrality; there is groupism of the individual minds reigning in I AM THAT standard; the media and the constitutional torch bearers or individual groups based, WERE WAITING TO POUNCE AND ONCE THE PREY WAS INSIGHT, WITHOUT RHYME OR REASON , EXPRESSED UNDER THE BLUE COVER , AND WENT TO SLEEP; when the chanks on the other side is blowing , the consciousness prick; so defend their actions now; if it is a "dictum" based on law, that Nupur or Rajaram, committed the sin-then constitution of CONSTITUTIONS of the deciding machinery , WOULD HAVE TO SPELL SCIENTIFICALLY AND JUDICIALLY THE ERRANTS IN TOTO. In the absence of such, using words against an individual, thinking diplomatically used as inability kicked out etc, or burning etc tend the system in doubtful perception; and shall not the citizens responsible to protect the constitution based on BIAS?.
