Q1 What are the symptoms of heart attack? How all getattacked more?

A1  Signs ofheart attack can vary from person to person. However womenand 
diabetics are the ones whoare more likely to experience subtle symptoms that 
make it difficult to recognise an attack istaking place.

GeneralSymptoms:

Uncomfortable pressure,fullness,squeezing pain in the centre of chest thatlasts 
more than a few minutes or that goes away and comes back.

Chest discomfort with light headedness, fainting, sweating,nausea or shortness 
ofbreath.

Many mistakenly think only crushing chest pain is asymptom of heart attack 
anddelay seeking medical care

Heart attack occurs when blood supply topart of the heart muscle is severely 
reduced or stopped due to blockage of oneor more of the coronary arteries 
thatsupply blood to the heart muscles. The blockage is usually from the build 
up ofplaque deposits along the artey wall. The plaque tears or ruptures, 
triggeringthe formation of a blood clot that blocks the artery and leads to an 
attack.

Time is muscle. When it comesto heart attacks,longer the wait more the damage 
to heart muscle




Think about the repercussion. You may have won the best human being award last 
year butit will only take a minute to spoil your reputation. 

You can even count numbers or sing your favourite song. Pray or meditate daily. 
Thishas calming effects. 

Exercise daily for 30 minutes Drink a glass of water, when you start feeling 
angry. 

Wash your face or take a quick bath. Divert yourattention to music. Change the 
subject of the discussion.  

If something is really angering you are and you areitching to scream — bite 
your tongue. it willhurt but it will also prevent you from saying things you 
will regret later. 

Q2. Do Tulsi products have curing effects?

A2 Yes. Ayurvedic tulsi preparations have significantly reduced thesymptoms of 
viral hepatitis. 

In diabetics it helps in lowering the blood sugar level. It raises the human 
body immunity by increasingthe antibody production.



Q3 Isit advisable to eat fish by heart patients?

A3  NO. Fish contains neither fibre nor carbohydrate. A recent article in 
theNew England Journal of Medicine warned that many fish contain high levels of 
Mercury, which may increase risk of a heart attack




Q4 What is a stroke? How do ithappen? 

A4  A stroke occurs when the bloodsupply to a   part of the brain issuddenly 
interrupted or when a blood   vessel in the brain bursts, spilling blood in the 
spaces   surrounding the brain cells

Without oxygen andimportant nutrients, the affected brain cells are either 
damaged or diewithin  a few minutes. The effects of astroke may be very  slight 
orsevere,temporary or permanentStroke  ispossible if 




Q5  What are the Medicinal properties of specifictypes of milk?

A5  Buffalo milk is heavy to digest. It should beconsumedby those who want to 
get rid of their frequent appetite and those sufferingfrom insomnia.  

Goatmilk is light. It helps those suffering from asthma, fever anddiarrhoea.  

Sheepmilk does not taste good but helps reduce the complaints caused byvata 
dosha in the body. 

 Camel milk reduces flatulence, oedema, ascitis,piles. 

Humanmilk helps treat eye infections. In the case of infants it isused as 
eye-drops. It helps alleviate certain disorders like ascitis. 

Payattention to hygiene. Avoid fresh milk if you do not have gooddigestion. For 
easy digestion, boil milk and consume hot. But bear in mind thatmilk boiled 
frequently becomes heavy to digest.
