Pranam
I do not understand why questions on washing machine Refrigerators AC
machines are generating repeatedly untoward questions and repetitive
answers ; in includes threatening diabetic questions and answers; probably
all the members of the groups feel they would like to self repair all
these machines and stay put out of the fear of diabetics remaining
taciturn and reticent. Maybe because generally people would like to
exhibit the LKG along with the grandchildren ,in order to be childish in
demeanor. At 80 all materials whether functional or not , does not matter;
also what we failed to learn at the appropriate age becomes useless except
the self realisation. All machineries including our body becomes repairable
only when it /they are not well maintained; even here a rebuttal I read
that member doctor had said Insulin is effective rather than the exercises;
it is not so; all diabetic control medicines cannot be reduced at all; it
keeps on increasing in dosages; a person who had 1/2 a tablet to 5 units
of insulin to 10 to today may be in 20 units as the system gets
accustomed to the medicines and come back to original shape. Unless the
body is tuned to small punishments, the system will not adapt. Medicine is
only a third alternative machinery. And Diabetic is not a disease as only
disease requires medicines which can be decreased in levels. One who cannot
know all these will only retort as characterless etc or the using of words
like-you are the only one- because -others do not wish to open the
pandora's box; and some are writing individually also as some write
individual write ups as , others may not be aware. All machines are
designed only to be repurchased again and again by consumers who rely on
the ignorance of the customers. The best on earth is the USA who does not
repair anything because the cost of repair is higher than the cost of the
repurchase.
Also as we pass urine without which our cooling system shall fail, so
also all machineries getting heated up and emitting energies out, shall
breadth the water droplets; our origin before the west side story, in Rig
vedam was FIRE AND THEN WATER. Agni aur aapa. sO IFTHERE ARE MORE WATER
DRAINING OUT OR NO WATER , THE ac PLANT HAS BECOME USELESS; THIS IS THE
CASE WITH THE tv ALSO WHERE THE AUDIO SYSTEM WILL SHOW THE FAILURE; IF YOU
WERE LISTENING AT VOL 9 CLEAR AUDIBILITY AND AND YOU HAVE TO ENHANCE THE
LEVEL BEYOND 9 AS DAYS GO BY then you may have to repurchase the TV. At 80
if some one does not know all these , well, that is OK , because only his
grand children shall know about all these.
pH: *Enzymes are sensitive to acidity and alkalinity*. They don't work
properly if an environment is too acidic or basic. For example, an enzyme
in the stomach called pepsin breaks down proteins. If your stomach doesn't
have enough acid, pepsin can't function optimally. Enzymes work best when
your body temperature is normal, about 98.6°F (37°C). As temperature
increases, enzyme reactions increase. But if the temperature gets too high,
the enzyme stops working. That’s why a high fever
<https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/symptoms/10880-fever> can disrupt
bodily functions. Some medications affect enzyme levels. For example,
antibiotics <https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/drugs/16386-antibiotics> can
kill certain bacteria needed for some enzymes to work their best. This is
the reason antibiotics may cause diarrhea. To kill the bacteria making you
sick, they also wipe out important good bacteria that aid in digestion.
Statins
<https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/articles/17506-statin-medications--heart-disease>
(medications that lower cholesterol) can raise liver enzymes and muscle
enzymes. They may increase the risk of damage to the liver or muscles.
Metabolic
disorders are often the result of not having enough of a certain enzyme.
Parents can pass them to their children through genes (inherited). Some
examples of inherited metabolic disorders include: Fabry disease
<https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/16235-fabry-disease> prevents
body from making enzymes (alpha-galactosidase A) that break down fat
(lipids).Krabbe disease
<https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/articles/6039-krabbe-disease-globoid-cell-leukodystrophy>
(globoid cell leukodystrophy) affects enzymes needed for the protective
covering (myelin) on nerve cells (Central Nervous System).Maple syrup urine
disease
<https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/21168-maple-syrup-urine-disease>
affects enzymes needed to break down certain branch chain amino acids.Other
health conditions related to enzyme imbalances include:Crohn’s disease
<https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/9357-crohns-disease> an
imbalance of the bacteria in your gut (gut microbiome) may influence an
autoimmune response of the intestinal tract. This may play a role in
presentation and severity of Crohn’s disease.Exocrine pancreatic
insufficiency (EPI
<https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/21577-exocrine-pancreatic-insufficiency-epi>
) is a condition where your pancreas doesn’t have enough digestive enzymes.
You can’t break down food or absorb nutrients. Chronic pancreatitis
<https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/8103-pancreatitis>, pancreatic
cancer
<https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/15806-pancreatic-cancer>,
diabetes
<https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/7104-diabetes-mellitus-an-overview>
or cystic fibrosis
<https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/9358-cystic-fibrosis> can
lead to EPI. Lactose intolerance
<https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/7317-lactose-intolerance> is
a shortage of the enzyme needed to digest sugars in milk (lactose) and
dairy. { now after learning all these what we are going to do about it
now?}
Q4 Diabetic is not a disease to cure but can only be controlled
by replacing the sedentary life so far had, with hard work.
Q7 Wealthy the the Artha is only money; who is going to
appreciate the The hillock of Guna?;rather the vulgarity is worshipped as
Guru and cherished while the good people are castrated as characterless; so
being wealthy other wise does not mean anything to the commoner; Keralite
were performing hooliganism on that wealthy man Nambi Narayanan for 25
years nearly and all the members who belong to the otherside keep mum; so
wealthy question and rather anything we write shall not be hypocritical.
But Ouvayar said some thing which I wrote but did not attract the attention
of a few:

*"*

(are not these 4 crore are wealthier like me?)
Q10 Is there countries as cheap and costly?. It is irrational; we
always multiply with the currency omitting to notice the cost
effectiveness; there are so many countries where Indian passports need not
have Visa to visit and that does not mean those nations are worse. KR IRS
