CULTURAL QA 11-2022-03 that of Mr G and my facts to be read over KR IRS

Q2 What are the bitter truths of going to the US to pursue an MS,
as an Indian?

A2 Swathi Raghavadoss Nirmala, Software Engineer at Facebook
(company)6y

KR For fun anything can be accepted but what is normal everywhere,
wherever one goes at 20 years old -whether from home to Guindy Engg or
Rourke or Pilani or any foreign site. Here it is not even graduation but
post-graduation, so good student would take all in good strides TODAY. 3
decades back USA would have been different; people in USA as citizens who
went to USA in 50s and 60s and even 70s, literally were fish out of water;
especially had they landed in the East USA , it used to be worse; Malls
were far off; accommodations were frightening; food for Vegetarians were a
trauma; and acclimatisation, and adjustments, travelling through buses or
walking walking all the way were arduous; not only student; but a banker
shifted to SBI NY and other services , had to face a lot of difficulties.
Today it is comfortable. Not as described by the author. A decade back 2nd
hand cars which is as good as new one was available even for $500.Now even
USA has the impact of cost.

Q3 Was the invention of computers inevitable?

KR Inevitable? After the invention? Can any one say what is inevitable
today? Time machine? Sorry for the question. Computer was not invented
suddenly. There were pagers which was not certainly computer of today. The
Q and A did not answer the data correctly.

Q6 Why do most of the heart attacks take place between 3 and 4 am?

Doctor used some thing. If I say it that doctor will say, a myth; and even
may ask “are u or me the doctor; OK; may be; But I saw it in RD on heart
attacks 20 points, one of which, gives a reason different for 4AM.

Here are 20 surprises I’ve picked up along the way while researching other
surprising things about women’s heart disease:

1. The most common day of the week for a heart attack to occur is *Monday.*

2. *Saturday* ranks second.

3. Most heart attacks hit during the *early morning* hours between 4-10
a.m. when blood platelets are stickier and increased adrenaline released
from the adrenal glands can trigger rupture of plaques in coronary
arteries. Heart attacks occurring between 6 a.m. and noon were associated
with the most damage, in a study reported in the cardiology journal *Heart.*

4. Heart attacks are 27% more likely to occur around *your birthday*,
especially in women with high blood pressure (Yikes! I had my first heart
attack symptoms at 6:30 a.m. on a Monday morning while out delivering thank
you cards to friends who had attended my Saturday evening birthday party!)

5. In one day, the *heart pumps* nearly 2,000 gallons of blood.

6. In the average lifetime, the *heart beats *2.5 billion times.

7. *Neck circumference *may be as important a risk factor as abdominal fat
for predicting a heart attack.

8. Women who regularly eat *strawberries* – at least two servings per
week, jam-packed with lycopene – are 14% less likely to have elevated
levels of C-reactive protein in their blood (an indicator of inflammation
that’s been linked to heart disease).

9. Every minute, the *heart pumps* our entire supply of blood – about five
quarts – through the body.

10. cardiovascular disease costs the *Canadian economy* $18 billion year

11. Most women start to develop *small streaks of cholesterol *and other
fats in their arteries before the age of 10.

12. Almost half of women who have heart attacks will be *dead *by the end
of the first year following the attack.

13. In many female heart attack survivors, the attack itself is the *first
sign *of coronary artery disease.

14. Many heart attack survivors can point to a specific incident that
seemed to *trigger the attack*: heavy exertion, stress, anger, fear, grief,
extreme hot or cold weather, heavy drinking, eating a large meal, or
(rarely) having sex

15. The ‘*Three E’s’ of **angin*
<https://myheartsisters.org/2009/07/05/angina/>*a* (chest pain) causes are:
*E*motion, *E*xertion and *E*ating!

16. Women who do not feel or recognize symptoms during a heart attack can
have what is called a *silent heart attack*, more common in women over 75
and those with diabetes.

17. For half of women who have heart attacks before menopause, *smoking* is
their only risk factor.

18. The human heart is fully developed about *eight weeks after conception*,
when the embryo is only about one inch long.

19. The heart actually *begins to bea*t even earlier than eight weeks of
gestation – about four weeks after conception.

20. According to the American Heart Association, only 8% of family
physicians (and even more surprising, only 17% of cardiologists!) are aware
that *more women than men die of heart disease*
<https://myheartsisters.org/2014/03/23/gender-bias-cardiac-study/>each year.

Q10 Why don't some TV manufacturers use Android TV?

*What is the difference between Smart TV and Android TV?*

Both these TVs offer you a diverse range of features and functionality, and
you bring home an exceptional viewing experience. You can browse the
internet, watch your favourite OTT shows, play music, or even connect your
Smart home devices to the TV.

Here we will compare and understand the difference between Android and
Smart TVbased on the following parameters and ultimately decide Smart TV vs
Android TV – which is better.

· Operating system

· App support

· Automatic updates

· Voice assistant

· Screen casting

· Navigation

Let’s explore – Smart TV vs Android TV, which is better?

*1. Operating system*

The main difference between Android TV and Smart TV is their operating
system. Smart TVs are powered by different operating systems depending on
the brand you choose. For instance, LG uses an OS called WebOS, while
Samsung Smart TVs come with an OS called Tizen.

On the contrary, Android TVs run on the Android operating system developed
by Google. This gives you a better overall experience as you can easily
control your Android TV with an Android Smartphone or Smartwatch.

*2. App support*

If we were to decide Smart TV vs Android TV, which is better in terms of
app availability, Android TV would be the clear winner. Although they both
support numerous in-built apps, thanks to Play Store support in an Android
TV, you have millions of apps at your fingertips. From Netflix and Amazon
Prime Video to YouTube, Chrome, and Instagram – you can download apps just
like on your Smartphone.

Conversely, Smart TVs lack this advantage as they offer access to only a
handful of popular in-built apps. Not to mention, app updates on Smart TVs
are hard to come by, giving it a significant disadvantage.

*3. Automatic updates*

Not only does an Android TV offer you a bigger app library, but it also
wins the battle of Android vs Smart TVin firmware and app updates.
Typically, Android TVs enjoy active tech development, and developers keep
coming up with the latest updates. Besides, when connected to the internet,
you can also enjoy automatic updates.

Whereas in the case of Smart TVs, you might not get frequent updates, and
the TV OS becomes outdated after a few years. It is a major difference
between Android and Smart TV*, *making Android TV a better choice.

*4. Voice assistant*

Another noticeable difference between Android and Smart TVis the voice
assistant feature. Android TV’s built-in Google voice assistant makes it
stand out from its competitor. With this feature, you don’t have to use an
input device as you can switch between channels and search for your
favourite content online with voice control.

Moreover, many Smart TVs also support voice control, but you will need to
spend some extra bucks on a device like Alexa and pair it with your TV.

*5. Screen casting*

When it comes to Android vs Smart TV*, *both offer you the option to mirror
your Smartphone to your TV. However, Screen casting in Android TVs is
easier to use since it comes with the Chromecast feature. And you get
crystal clear images and video streaming in high definition. In contrast,
even with the built-in screen mirroring feature in a Smart TV, pairing and
connecting the devices is a hassle.

*6. Navigation*

To choose between Android vs Smart TV in terms of ease of experience, Smart
TV takes the cake. With a simple and user-friendly interface, it is easier
to switch between apps as they appear on the home screen. Additionally,
since it is an all-in-one TV, you don’t need to spend much time to set up.

On the other hand, an Android TV might be difficult to navigate, especially
for those unfamiliar with the Android ecosystem.

*Smart TV vs Android TV – at a glance*

Here’s an overview of the major difference between Android and Smart TVto
help you decide which is better – Smart TV or Android TV.

*Comparison*

*Smart TV*

*Android TV*

Operating System

Different OS for different brands like Tizen in Samsung Smart TVs

Android by Google

Apps

Limited built-in library of apps

Download and update apps with Google Play Store

Firmware Update

Smart TV’s inbuilt apps rarely receive updates.

With Google Play Store support, you can access the latest apps

Performance

Smart TVs are faster in performance due to a simple interface

Android TVs have slow performance

KR IRS 31122 NB: LG WEB OS FUNCTIONS NOT ONLY AS SMART tv BUT ALSO
FASTER AND WITH MANY DOWNLOADS; ANDROID IS DEPENDENT ONLY ON gOOGLE AND
vIRUS ATTACKS ARE FEASIBLE.
