11. Hacksaw blade. This is ablade of 1 foot length and about 1.5 CM width. They also come in standardsizes. These blades have holes at either end to fix to the frame and useconveniently. Cutting PVC pipes, small metal pieces with less width, woodenplank, plywood, lamina sheet etc. are cut using hacksaw fitted with blade. Howevermeager % of technicians use hack saw blade fitted in frame. Most use it as itis. The steel cutting and wood cutting areas are separated with different color. 12. Nail cutter. Even in mycollege days for cutting nails once or twice used blade was used. Fresh bladescan cut the nail end with flush creating pain and blood coming out from thearea. Most avoid such persons. An interesting legend about katthi comes to me. Oneday a person was carrying a head load and bag in one handcarrying fragile items coming in the road. The Katthi came on the way. After hearing2 minutes, the person said to katthi, I feel to urinate, I will go to a side area, hold these things. He handed overthe bag with instructions- not to keep down, fragile items. Using both handstook the head and placed on katthi’s head and asked him to hold very carefully. The person went to side area, did not return even after3 times the period for urinating. Thekatthi started to feel the weight, nothing could be done. After about tenminutes. The person returned and took head load and bag from him, and asked to continue withconversation. The katthi said, he has urgent work just remembered andleft.
