CULTURAL QA 05-2023-08 BT G ANDERROR MODIFICATION BY KR 8523

Q2 How do green apples help our body?

KR You have not said anything about GREEN FRUITS. Green apple is

                  OK.

Q4 What is the normal blood sugar level for someone who has just
walked?

KR There is a proverb: ARASA MARATHAI CHUTRINAALAAAM; ADI
VAYITRIL PARTHAALAAM. (SOMEONE SAID THE Peepul tree has certain wow
factors, which will make yielding a baby fruitful; so, she went round and
touched her belly whether the baby is formed.) What is in the blood
already alone will be reflected which will reduce stage by stage, by
medicine, food and exercise. If there is a walk immediately after food (say
15 minutes after food) mixing with the blood gets reduced. So, reading may
not increase obviously. But with walking one takes 3 green apples and does
not take medicine, even the walking may not help fully. Doing hard work
like gardening keeps walking inside doors should change the readings slowly
and progressively. If you need to read every time there is one system today
which might cost about Rs 10000Plus as a sticker in your arms, which will
monitor your glucose level every second and even record by wifi in your
laptop or cell phone to regulate the food, medicine etc.

My note- Garden works or household works do not reduce blood sugar level as
like walking- my observation.

Q5 How do I choose the right size refrigerator for my kitchen?

KR It depends on your purse.

Q7 What are some examples of green fruits?

KR Aha ha ha See my note on top. This shows how many times you are
repeating. And what is Green fruit?.

Q9 How much beetroot should one eat a day?

KR Diabetic shall not consume beetroot

Q10 Is the blood sugar level of 213 high?

Definitely high. And these levels I myself had given in these columns and
you are telling in your note as (all persons may not be knowing). That is
why I call you a liar. Another proverb since writing still on feral cat;
PONNAI KANNAI MOODIK KONDAL IRUTTU ENAA ENNUMAM (THE CAT WHEN CLOSING THE
EYES WILL THINK NIGHT HAS FALLEN. So too you will presume. Reserve it to
posterity births.

G My note- All persons may not be knowing these details.
