Good one! 1 Paryupāsana (पर्युपासन, “pacification”) refers to
‘propitiation’ or pacification of an angered. Paryupāsana
(पर्युपासन).—1) Worship,
honour, service. 2) Friendliness, courtesy. 3) Sitting round.

4) Pardon, excuse.

2 Nihnavana (निह्नवन).—1) Denial or concealment of knowledge.
2) Excuse, exculpation.

3 Apadeśa (अपदेश).— *a*) A pretext, pretence, plea, excuse; contrivance
; अवेक्ष्यमाणा शनकैर्जगाम कृत्वाग्निहोत्रस्य तदापदेशम् (avekṣyamāṇā
śanakairjagāma kṛtvāgnihotrasya tadāpadeśam) Mahābhārata (Bombay
edition) Without doing anything explaining the cause of failure.

2 Why 3 words? All have the excuse as meaning. Excusing oneself is
an Etiquette; it denotes, to seek forgiveness, for the time being, to be
away, in the midst of serious discussions. {Paryupāsana)}. *Nihnavana* is
also an excuse, which is reflected as Etiquette, while, behind trying to
dig the pit to eliminate the competition or the benefactor. This is a
crime, an unpardonable crime and unforeseen. Can never be tolerated. *Apadesha:
*In a team work, riding on others without much contribution, reducing the
team effort but trying to get all the benefits. It is bad for teamwork.
Excuses are a hindrance to progress in the last two phrases but not in the
first one. KR IRS 31 5 23
