Sri CBN's case is continuing with adjournment after adjournment.And he continues in Jail.Are our laws so terrible that one's liberty can be stifled with court adjournments?Then what for are Fundamental Rights?They appear so weak.Is it not urgent when one's personal liberty is taken away?Can leisurely court adjournments,with no limits to their numbers be defended?
