Yes Sir. The day the Supreme Court came down so heavily on Nupur Sharma for quoting what was in their Holy Book and turned a blind eye to the person who provoked her into saying what was in their book, they lost their credibility, or whatever remained of it.
As Anand Ranganathan said, their not taking suo motto action on Udayanudhi Stalin's speech shows the court for what they are. And the same court has given a ruling that anti religious and hate speeches must be dealt with sternly by the states. You have to be a terrorist or the accused must be a non Hindu for our courts to wake up for quick hearing. Or you must be Teesta Setalvad to get immediate relief, even if it means the judges have to assemble at late evening. Hindus have no place except perhaps to convert. That's what the system is doing and it is largely due to our collective indifference and apathy.
