In the Yajurvedam, Na Karmana Na prajaya tanena thyagenaikeva
amrthathva manasu=Neither by accomplishing great tasks, nor by giving birth
to prestigious children, nor by acquiring highest wealth, one does not get
the moksham equivalent to Amirtham; By thyaga only viz paropakaram, it is
achieved.
Rig Veda says that Paresha mupakaaraartham, yagjeevathi sa
jeevathi=Parpakaram paramam pavithram; rest are as good as a dead body.
If so the red letter would ask to stay off from, is it not? By
default? What you deserve? The answer is in B G . Sarva dharman
parithyagna mom ekam saranam vraja; Sarva papebyo….moksham ishyami. Is
doing all wrong things in life being selfish, deserting all the dharmas and
at the end if that defaulter surrendered, will Lord give him moksha? That
is what many interpreted the B G verse. It is not hawala transaction. And
how in 17+ chapters, ONE who advocated dharma and Karma yoga, would say,
forget all those but surrender only and even if you are a papi would pardon
you and give Moksha? Why 700plus slokas and BG could be this single verse
alone. Bhagavan speaks about Thyagam in a chapter wholly.
SURRENDER aka SARANAGATHI is not “oh GOD help me; an elephant was
willing to die as the crocodile is dragging it into the water; it did pull
out however, it cannot; it was a Bhakthan, no doubt; but it did all trials
on its own and till then HE did not turn up; but once left all its power,
and willing to take the course of death and pronounced the name of GOD, HE
was waiting to help, because it surrendered totally knowing fully well that
it will die. Draupadi aka addressed by Lord as HIS sister did not attend
the bhakthai, as long as she was calling every one; holding the one-piece
dress tightly thinking she must save her grace and the nakedness, nothing
happened; once she decided to let her hands go up, willing to be disgraced
as a nude, HE rushed with lots of sarees. A baby in the hands of the
mother, a cub in the cat’s mouth, without any thought, believes, mother
knows; so, ven bent over the fire or water or floor, is not afraid of;
surrendered totally to mother who alone shall protect. THAT IS SURRENDER. A
Papi will not do that. If he does then it means he is willing to be
punished for all his sins; so HE will help. Then all your Vedas and Dharma
falls outside the circle of surrender. However, till then, till stepping
into that circle, dharma is alone shall protect. Having entered that circle
GOD says HE will pardon you from all your sins and moksham will be given
instantly. Then where are those, Dharma? Parityajya- there automatically
cut off. That means that all your punya and Papam can only give you a
rebirth; and that will not give you moksha. They are not the tools. Only HE
can; and HE does not value about your lokayatham. They give a good and bad
births only which is stated in B G. But only one in a million [B G] can
surrender and get the moksham absolving one from all dharmam, adharmas. And
that is feasible only when one takes to thyaga, helping others. So by
