I saw what happened and I know Rule 40 also.However in 60s when
Alexander was captain of west Indies, where Hall and Gilchrist were bowling
so ferociously running for every ball almost from Pavilion, and Chandu
Borde later chairman of BCC was at 96, Alexander as capt wicket keeper went
to hall and told him to bowl normally and give that four runs; he bowled
refusing to heed; Bode was clean bowled; Alexander called it as a No ball;
(today it is not practicable) That was sport then. Few years back,
(whenever bowler stumps if the runner steps out as per rules he is out)
Ashwin saw the overstepping, and he brought down his arm but did not stump,
though he could have had that wicket, but warned him to get in; that was
sportsmanship. Today shakib lost his face as captain. Arguing with Umpire,
(yes as per rule Angelo Mathhews is out) for a cheap wicket. That kind of
incident is happening but no one claimed it as it is below sportsmanship to
have such a wicket. Rules are there but implementation is discretionary in
certain circumstances. I wish BaNGLADESH IS BUNDLED OUT DEFEATED i WILL BE
HAPPY. But 34 for1 Litton Das pulled his muscle why would Sri Lanka feel
about it? Sportsmanship. Bangla proves fatal. By winning, either team may
