The last line is partly true. Progress is not from learning in a language
or in any language. Learning does not determine progress as only a few use
them as a tool. Action alone constitutes progress. Action is in the mind
not in the brain. And the mind enacts what one so far built by earlier
deeds. Time alone fixes it. So the language of Japan is a tool but the
progress was made by their actions together as a single unit in one mind.
They include even the ignorant AND those who did not even know Japanese.
The Meiji Restoration accelerated the industrialization process in Japan,
which led to its rise as a military power by the year 1895, under the
slogan of "Enrich the country, strengthen the military" (富国強兵, fukoku
kyōhei). [POOCHI] . Unfortunately, the Japanese industry was at a
disadvantage. The island country lacked many raw materials, including that
very important burnable rock called coal. The goods they were able to
produce faced significant tariffs—import taxes—from already industrialized
countries. The rapid industrialization that Japan achieved from the middle
of the 19th century to the early 20th century was founded on iron and
steel, shipbuilding and coal mining, particularly to meet defence needs.Toyoda
Automatic Loom Works was the engineering manufacturing company established
by Sakichi Toyoda in 1926. It earned him the moniker of father of the
Japanese industrial revolution. He is also the founder of Toyota Industries
Co., Ltd.Prompted by the need to improve the defences of the nation and
particularly its sea-going defences in response to foreign threats,
industrialisation was developed by local clans through second hand
knowledge, based mostly on Western textbooks, and copying Western examples,
combined with traditional craft skills. This was SHIBUSAWA Eiichi, an
industrialist active from the late 19th to early 20th centuries, and who is
known as the “father of Japanese capitalism.” At that time, Japan was
confronted with the daunting task of rebuilding its political, economic,
and social foundations in order to modernize the country after the end of
more than 200 years of national seclusion in 1854. So NECESSITY IS THE
MOTHER OF INVENTION K Rajaram IRS 91123

(Hiragana katagana)
