It is reported that BSNL has changed its technology or as bluffed modernized and is collecting about Rs2000/ for the change.Two persons one a JE and his assistant are visiting and collecting.Can the sudden change without any real benefit be imposed if true?As a super senior citizen I get no benefit by any change. YM
