Q1      What are some things most people take forgranted?

A1      Sindhusha Tadikonda,4y

One day my husband suddenly started complaining aboutpain in his stomach. I
brushed it off saying this might be due to his irregulareating and sleeping
habits. Withinhours, his health deteriorated and he was unable to even sit. He
was diagnosedwith food poisoning and was on antibiotics for few days.

On those days, I started realising how much hesupported on every single regular
day of mine.

I never realizedthat I was not waking up next to my son. I always see him
playing with his father. I just say good morning and moveaway. I never bothered
to ask when did he wake up. My husband took careof my son and my early morning
sleep.

I never realizedthat I never packed my daughter's school bag. I don't know what
books she is reading or what isher homework. My husband took care of her school
needs.

I never realizedhow I find fruits packed in my lunch box every single day. I
never knew how all thegroceries gets filled automatically.

I never knewuntil he fell ill.

That week made me realize how less I value hiseffort. The effort by your loved
ones to make you happy is very less valued.

Q2      Who is Rama's son in the Ramayana? Why didLord Rama not give him any
importance?

A2      AbhishekPandey, Studied Finance & Economics and Banking at Bundelkhand
University,Jhansi (Graduated 2023)12h

In the Ramayana,Lord Rama's son is named Kusha. Kusha is one of the twin sons
born to Rama and his wifeSita during their exile period in the forest. The
other son is named Lava.

As for why Lord Rama did not give his sons muchimportance, it's a complex
aspect of the Ramayana. After Sita was exiled to the forest due to doubtsabout
her purity, she raised her twin sons, Kusha and Lava, in the hermitage ofthe
sage Valmiki. Lord Rama did not play an active rolein their upbringing and
initially did not recognize them as his sons.

There are differing interpretations as to why Ramadid not give them importance.
Some explanations include:

1. **Dharma and Duty**: As a king, Rama had to uphold dharma (righteousness)and
fulfil his duties as a ruler. This may have led him to prioritize
hisresponsibilities as a king over his personal relationships.

2. **Social Norms**: In ancient Indian society, it was not uncommon for kings
tohave children from multiple wives or consorts. Rama's actions might have
beeninfluenced by the social norms and expectations of that time.

3. **Divine Plan**: In some interpretations, Rama's actions are seen aspart of
a larger divine plan or destiny, where his sons play significant rolesin future
events but needed to be raised separately from him for variousreasons.

Regardless of the reasons, the relationship betweenRama and his sons is a
complex aspect of the Ramayana that has been interpretedand analyzed in various
ways throughout history.

My note- I have read Rama’s son was Lava, and once he was notseen for long
time, seeing the sorrow of Sita, Knava made a boy using kusa grass  and gave
life to it. By the time Lavaappeared and the boy created is called Kusa

I would rather talk about the things you should do,but hey answer the question
and at 73+ I guess that’s ok.

Don’t climb up on a ladder, my father fell never recovered.A really bad idea.

If you can avoid it, don’t eat alone. Get someone to callyou but at least not
by yourself in your kitchen, it is depressing and reallytraumatizing.

Don’t get drunk, you don’t have enough brain cells to wastebut if you have to,
at least do it with friends and laugh and laugh and laugh. No arguing ok.

***Don’t argue with your friends and definitely donot fight, life is to short
AND NO ONE WINS.

My note- ***What a meaningful statement

Indra too Impressed by Hanuman's strength towithstand his Vajra, blessed him
with boon to die by his own will.

Pleased at heart to observe you free from anguishdespite the impact of the
thunderbolt and not withstanding your being dashedagainst a mountain-peak,
Indra (the thousand-eyed god) too conferred anotherexcellent boon on you to the

well as by the wind-god, my own procreator.
