With out any connection to religions, I have to state, the city is growing.
Trichur is not old Trichur Municipality. So any modification in the
certificates for the fitness of elephants to be included in the festivals or
time the fire works are permitted should be viewed in the safety aspects.We
read everyday news about elephants entering human habitation area and killing
persons in Kerala. Elephants can only be tamed.
Every day we read fireworks hazards. So a later time in the early morning is
better than in midnight. My personal views on watching the Kerala news every
day.
