Until yesterday the only reason I could think of why the Hindus of Kerala (very religious as you say, unlike us in T N where we show to the outside world that we follow the Dravidian model, whatever it means) voted the way they did was because There was no alternative- both the Commies and the Congis were so bad it was like choosing between the devil and the deep sea). But when one learned member wrote to my personal id saying " without the Left there is no India" (because of brain washing I suppose, constantly watching their party t v only and not exposed to the strides we have made since 2014) I lost all Hope. I sincerely hope and pray that other Keralites in our group at least, don't share that poisonous opinion. Pity is these fellows drag the rest of us into the quagmire because as the saying goes One drop of poison spoils the whole pot of milk. I don't know why we Hindus are so eager to commit harakiri - psychological problems? Hindu brahmins want to Tom Tom their sicular credentials and their " tolerance" so badly, they will go public against our religion - see the names of those who appear on the National tv debates. Not only Keralite Hindus but all Hindus - We are our own worst enemies Sir. In any group the first to criticize Modi and the BJP will be the so called "educated brahmins" because they need to show how broad their vision is unlike us, communslists. Thanks again to all.
