How can we treat this mentally derailed Mr Rajaram, now in the USA? There is no
meaning in pointing out his deficiencies. He is not in a position even to
think of them. Even a moderator cannot warn him, since he questions the
authority of moderator.
In my QA postings I request our friends to ignore his responses with personal
