Your quotes are very good. But these quotes are not applicable in dealing with
one member in the groups. Every one knows this member. He attack personally
others, abuse in Tamil and known English and critic for each and everything.
Do these quotes go to the ears of the member for self improvement. There is a
Malayalam quote- What is the benefit of blowing shankhu on a deaf man's ear.
