Q3 What animals are lions afraid of, or averse to?

KR Lion is not afraid of anything? And Family quarrel is only
among Lion and no other animal group? Note your discrepancy and answer is a
big fallacy as you produced.

Lions, despite being apex predators, do have natural predators and
threats. Here are some reasons why lions might fear certain animals:

1. *Buffaloes*: Lions often target young or weak buffaloes, but adult
buffaloes can be formidable adversaries. Their size, strength, and the
protection they afford each other in a herd make them risky targets for
lions.

2. *Elephants*: Lions generally avoid confrontation with elephants,
especially when the elephants are in groups. An adult elephant can easily
injure or kill a lion with its tusks or sheer size.

3. *Hippopotamuses*: Despite not being predators, hippos are extremely
territorial and can be aggressive. They are known to attack lions that come
too close to their territory or their young.

4. *Crocodiles*: Lions often drink from water sources where crocodiles
reside. While lions may occasionally prey on young or weakened crocodiles,
they generally avoid confrontations with adult crocodiles due to their
powerful jaws and ability to drag prey underwater.

5. *Hyenas*: While lions are apex predators and often compete with hyenas
for food, large groups of hyenas can overwhelm solitary or small groups of
lions, especially if they are protecting a kill.

6. *Cape Hunting Dogs (Wild Dogs)*: Though individually smaller than
lions, packs of wild dogs are highly efficient hunters. They can
outmanoeuvre lions and work together to exhaust or overpower them.

7. *Humans*: Lions in certain areas have learned to fear humans due to
hunting, habitat destruction, and retaliatory killings. Additionally,
humans may pose a threat through encroachment on lion habitats or through
conflicts over livestock.

Q4 Who are some unsung heroes of India?

KR This is misinformation; Ajeet Singh received a national award in
2022 and what Gopalakrishnan CPied is 2017 reported affair; Can Gopala
escape under banner of compiling and labelling yes there will be error? Now
read and see:

II Amazing Indians 2022:

Social activist Ajeet Singh honoured for crusade against sex trafficking
Social activist Ajeet Singh’s toil against sex traffickers has earned him
the Times Now channel’s ‘Amazing Indian’ award. A record conviction of
traffickers in January 2022 was achieved by Ajeet and his team at Guria
India, setting a precedent. Thirty-four years ago Ajeet Singh adopted three
children from a red-light area, giving them a chance at a life that was
vastly different from the grim fate that would otherwise be in store for
them. That was the inception of Guria Swayam Sevi Sansthan or Guria which
would over the years become a ray of hope in the lives of many women and
children who were trafficked for sex work in India.

Times Now has recognised the relentless toil of Ajeet Singh and his
team at Guria India, honouring the 51-year-old social activist with the
‘Amazing Indian’ award for this year. ‘Amazing Indians’ is a prestigious
national platform that celebrates and honours the indomitable spirit of
India's common people who have performed uncommon deeds. Guria was one of
the torchbearers for the integration and rehabilitation of sex workers and
their children into society. Their tireless work and dedication resulted in
a record conviction of traffickers earlier this year. In January 2022, the
Allahabad district court convicted 41 accused in a single sex-trafficking
case. As many as 136 victims, belonging to West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand,
Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Karnataka and Nepal, were rescued from the
Allahabad red-light area with the arrest of 48 accused and seizure of 61
brothels – this was perhaps the largest conviction in India and probably in
the world. The road to this milestone was rough. Ajeet and his wife
survived an attempt on their life. A deputy superintendent who was the
complainant was threatened inside the court premises during his deposition.
Guria’s advocate Gopal & the Judge herself were threatened in the open
court. Multiple transfers of judges of the trial court stretched the
timeline of the case. When the case was finally heard, the trial court
convicted all 41 accused with a minimum sentence. According to National
Crime Records Bureau data 2020, there were 90 per cent acquittals in human
trafficking cases which explains the persistence of the problem and the
immunity enjoyed by those who perpetrate the crime. Guria India approached
the High Court for enhancement of sentences, seizure of brothels and
compensation for victims but the chapter does not close here. It was an
uphill struggle to prevent re-trafficking of the rescued victims and this
involved work on blocking the criminal nexus of traffickers and authorities
from exploiting legal loopholes to reopen their easy money minting
facilities. While this fight continued, it was also ensured that the
rescued victims received an education, nutrition, counselling and
vocational training at the Agra Women Protection Home. The warden of the
home, in collusion with the traffickers, re-trafficked 57 of the 136
rescued victims. Guria’s undercover operation exposed the warden and now,
two legal battles dragged on – one at Allahabad and another at Agra.
Guria’s persistence ensured an unprecedented verdict for the Agra warden –
life imprisonment to death. Guria’s work in exposing shelter homes exposed
others in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. The retrafficked girls and women were
traced, counselled and rehabilitated once again to their native places.
Guria’s work serves as a model for others who are trying to navigate and
expose the murky world of sex trafficking. The convictions set a
precedent. (TIMES NOW2022)

Q5 How can a man become more sophisticated?

KR Define Sophistication: Sophistication refers to a combination of
refinement, complexity, elegance, and worldly knowledge or experience. It
implies a high level of culture, taste, or intellect, often characterized
by an appreciation for the finer things in life, such as art, literature,
fashion, or cuisine. Sophistication can manifest in various aspects of
life, including personal style, manners, communication, and problem-solving
abilities. It suggests a depth of understanding and an ability to navigate
social, cultural, or intellectual contexts with grace and discernment.

Now where is anyone doing the opposite mentioned below is not
sophisticated?

G Stop buying cheap clothes frequently, save your money for a
high-quality brand, make quality your priority.

KR Gandhi used only Khadi not branded so Gandhi is not refined?

G Dig deeper. People enjoy a professional, capable of defending his
opinion and sharing new facts with others.

KR BETTER GOPALA HIMSELF FOLLOWS IT DIG DEEP. But what is the
connection with the word sophistication?

G Do everything but, in moderation. Don’t be a socially awkward
drunkard. Have a professional approach.

KR Drinking is sophisticated? One who does not drink is not? Smoke
one or two also?

G Avoid dirty fingernails, undone hair, unpleasant odor, etc. Present
yourself neatly in everything you do.

KR So always walk with the nail clippers? Comb, spray scent? Simply
washed clothes give decency than all these pretentious.

G Express yourself clearly in every situation. Don’t use words that
are hard to understand by the common man.

G Shall not one appraise his market? Always telling the common man
only? then all expressions of Shakespeare is a rut as a common n may not
understand?

G Never open all of your cards at once. Keep a bit of mystery to your
life.

KR That is diplomacy and not a card game. In diplomacy,
sophistication may differ from nation-to-nation sir.

G. Complaining about your life and not doing anything to change it is
boring. Ring the changes and take a chance in life.

KR Taking risks in life is sophistication sir? K Rajaram IRS 2524
