Dear all
Mr Sekar and Mr G observed only as reported by the media. This
question arose under the unfairness of life written by Mr G. point one reg
unfairness in life is PURE KARMA; when G wrote additional 2 IAS appointed
by the then PM, which Seshan cried it as foul, is being extolled as great
by Mr G, is true, then you are having not seen either of them , is
ascribing the same intelligence of IAS rank holders, are different , in
thinking? or different, because "not-thinking -like Seshan"? The Supreme
Court also quoted in Gujarat judgement, "there were many CECs but seshan
like are only once in a while"; some media write extolling; some wrote the
adverse. My dept officer and 2004 -05 CEC Sri TSK had written a book.
"Modern democracy" (maybe I might have written it a little wrong to
the title) from then till his time, improvement of democracy and compared
with the world democracy also. There Mr TSK had written there are 2 periods
in democracy of India; one prior to seshan and after seshan. Now tell me
TSK is less in execution than Seshan? Earlier dancing to the Govt was bad
in character? or Seshan was throughout his career were only like that
reforming everything and crying foul? Appointment of 2 additional isa
management trick studied in the management course and Artha sastra
definitely to bring down the dancing man. Did he not do the same foul
trick? And all officers of the govt of india who did such revolutions in
Rank below were allowed that act by bosses like seshan and called it as
great? Autocracy was the crazy attitude of seshan. In the bottom,
wherever he could he did it; wherever he knew it would be nibbed, went
silent abiding the conditions of service. We call it SAMARTHYAM or
diplomacy. If diplomacy does not tantamount to corruption, say so boldly.
Then when one gets that constitutional head position can dance; that is
what a SC CJ does. No one can shake me so I did; and the media gets there
only. Did it ever address in every level of service , implementations of
the constitution so boldly by everyone? You know how many seshans burnt
the good spirit of the bottom on similar conditions of service in Govt
service? If you say mamiyar udaithal man kudam and marumagal udaitaal pon
kudam; well. How many young aspiring police, Incometax, central excise &
customs officials were court martialed for rightfully doing the service ,
only by such on top later danced officials while bosses? I neither
encourage stiff necks nor flexible branches, waiting for that second to
become a tall tree. Right from peon, till that constitutional heads, all
are only the upholders of the constitution; and whosoever , disrespect
them, because they aligned with the constitution, which was disliked by ,
the top brass, and so tossed them in the air are not at all qualified to
have carried out anything at all. Was there anyone in the hierarchy who
took the blame as leader where the right thing was executed by the lowerone
as his own? Never in any service and the Govt service. Media writes to get
favors . If 100 were selected in one line as the cream, there could be
definitely, a small percentage , pipping the line and shine; but as
kurukshetra was clear only by the precedents Arjuna could run the charit
faster than Dharma. AND THAT IS KARMA. Why earlier were less striking and
one struch hard and later strike got mitigated are all viewed in
different lightings. Seshan had no commitments; abdul kalam was a
brahmachari and had nothing to lose. It is not finding an excuse for
corruption, but retardation for carefully acting . Will anyone save you
when someone is rolled over? One corrupt officer was chopped off near his
quarters; another central excise inspector honest to the core was run over
, hit and run in north Usman Rd right in the crowd and killed; constitution
were dead in both cases. Implementations and forgotten forever only
happened in both. Then who is to blame? You wrote Vithura and Bhishma did
as far as possible; well when they did only that much in that yuga, why
eulogise who could do it with some plus advantage? Vuthura was a
sanyasi who knew Krishna; Bhishma was a maharathi and a bachelor but you
agree that was enough, because it was not Bangladesh but a woman Draupadi?
Should I write more? Tiruvalluvar who said people will wait for time, had
also said that Inaction in action is also bad and corrupt practice only. It
does not undervalue one's potency but points out only the absence of
equanimity as a purusha. KR IRS 12824
