Maybe for some it has some elements of truth. Sleep is a process where when the body and the mind (mind especially) are tired, sleep well between 5 to 8 (9) hours also according to their age. As far as I am concerned I see a lot of TV and hear also a lot of music and converse with family members, attends to the house needs setting things, and walks internally or externally and see the television till 12 midnight as well as the watch and type in the laptop all blue lights and finally go to bed and wake up by 6 AM; and in between there is beatle song: sleeping like a log. Afew days may also stretch to 2 AM and then bed. Read a lot. write a lot. Think a lot. Watch my body with the trials of a few days and tribulations for many days. Memory is becoming emotional for each and everything where the mind keeps spinning, preventing sleep. Even if you don't have a TV your mind will be thinking about something. Bhaja Govindam speaks about it. Long range planning and short term non greedy needs will walk through the sleep. And above all, keep Perumal with you K Rajaram IRS 251024
