Justice could have released his judgement over the plaintiff as well as the defendant visions whether they are pragmatic and virtual. Democracy did not start from Greece; whenever India is ignored by the west, their theory failed and went unnoticed. The mathematical theory of 51 vs rest 49 could occur only when there are two parties or persons. In democracy freedom of choice of the personality is encouraged; o majority, where 10 persons do contend, the mathematical ratio would be only 10% 50% where each except 2 are getting zero vote, which is against the preponderance of probability. Thus 30% gets the majority. And this is only wrt the voted; non-voters stand is unknown. Hence, election should not be conducted in between the persons, but only between the parties. And qualification of contest as a group or party shall be defined, say only the party existed in the last 3 years; then suddenly some money-business-minded cannot jump into the forum; also as party is mandatory, individuals to extract money could be avoided. As every post has an alternative, so too, party must determine 6 months before, the election, must decide, which party they would support if they were to vote , other than themselves; this would show their policy , stand, opportunity seeking etc well ahead, to voters to think. Then where 1 and 2 party ranking in election is out on counting, the 3 to nth votes shall be merged with 1 and 2 or non applicable 3rd status. Now we have only 1, 2 and 3 parties out of the election results. So the 3rd Random uncertain votes plus non voters reveal the thoughts of reality of the people. In case 51% of the population is in that category, of 3rd rank, then that election has only a minority Govt; then the ruling for the minority winner may form an interim govt for a short period; this procedure would make it difficult for parties to distribute money to such vast numbers. And as only party participate it can be done by the technology by sitting at home; this would make uninterested voters vote and use of a citizen Qr code to be used as only once. And election prosecutions shall only be conducted by the election commissioners in a short time. Partiality will prevail but it does apply to all parties who may return back to power later also. Once prosecuted they cannot hold any power in the future must become law. The crossed bickering would eliminate many frauds out of focus. People will know in the course of action repeat how to vote also. Then Mathematic which was considered may not apply for Democracy, shall apply as Maths is a good fit in any circumstances. Majority is always n+1 in mathematics and not 51+49.
