PRIMARY GROWTH MANAGEMENT

A growth mindset is a way of thinking about challenges and setbacks that
involves believing that abilities can improve through effort and learning.
People with a growth mindset believe that their skills can improve over
time with work.

Some characteristics of a growth mindset include: Embracing challenges,
persisting through setbacks, seeing effort as a path to mastery, Learning
from criticism, and Finding inspiration in the success of others.

Some ways to develop a growth mindset include:

1Identifying your current mindset

2 Seeing challenges as opportunities

3 Being patient with yourself

4 Focusing on your positive actions rather than traits

5 Talking to others who have developed a growth mindset

6 Changing your perspective on failure

7 Making mistakes

8 Being kind to yourself

*A growth mindset is* considered a soft skill that is in high demand,
especially in job sectors that are becoming more automated. “Do you have to
be young, or technical, or a college dropout, or risk-seeking to become an
entrepreneur? I don’t think so. Every person can find opportunities,
attract necessary resources, and build teams to bring successful products
and services to customers.” This mindset—that ability and intelligence can
be achieved through effort—is called a growth mindset, and it’s an
invaluable asset in the startup world.

Now why can’t we all be in that growth mindset?

Fixed mindset People with a fixed mindset tend to:

1 Believe that their abilities are static and can't change

2 Avoid challenges because they fear failure

3 Take feedback as a personal attack

4 Compare themselves to others

5 Hide mistakes because they see them as failures

We can measure our talent being in a society, in a class in an
office, why even in groups like Iyer 123 etc. There used to a story.
WELL-FROGS.

There were within a small well with the dirty water, many frogs
who thought the world is built up there only. So lived thinking that they
are one with the growth mind set. Growth mind set for them was heard of
text and ended there. Whatever they hear from the space said to arise
outside the well, was thought to be from nowhere and by ignoring all of
them, wanted to carry on their hegemony forever. There will be closed
instructions from the so called -wake-up-from-dream leader, and all will
abide because WELL was the universe. Even some frogs who had a different
mindset, were forced to go along with as they will be thrown out of the
well; they were frightened; so followed suit as a tribe; as Bharathi sang:
NINDERU NITHAM SORU THINDRU……VAZNDU …MADINDANARE. One day accidentally one
frog while trying to set back into the well, slipped and fell out. And was
astonished to see a huge space all around. WORLD IS SO WIDE. The out-frog
carefully jumped the wall and gave a call to join the space but WELL-FROGS
-ARE-ALWAYS-WELL FROGS-ONLY.

Mind set one in a million only gets it; a few write books on HOW
TO GET THE MIND GROWTH and become rich; readers close the books and stay in
that well “WELL” . Solvadfarkku eliyavam, aridhu solliya vannam seyal.
Azhukkaru, ava , vegulu inna innaangum namam kedak kedum Noi.
