Self-motivation is the internal drive that propels an individual to take
action, set goals, and persist in their efforts to achieve personal or
professional objectives. It’s a key component of personal development and
success, as it’s the energy that fuels one's actions, helping them stay

Intrinsic Motivation: Driven by internal factors like passion, curiosity,
