And even the famous doctors do say these words, when we ask a question, how come that or those doctors did not speak about it long ago earlier-" Probably they might have not seen it" . The defect is only due to 1 absence of the Family doctor system and 2 Speciality hospitals ---where today many look like our Old general hospitals. Invariably, in Emergency and life saving depts, you will never see any seniors unless called for by VIPs or VVIPs, but see only just passed doctors trainees. They do not take any decisions but talk to seniors over phone and pass on instructions; and multi speciality wants to probe not your body but the limits of the insurance cover; larger it is, your limits will get extended.
