Also since I am just getting started: Do you recommend Keras over Lasagne, would it also provide all necessary layers to build an architecture similar to U-Net?
Note: Under Windows Python 3.4 64-bit (Anaconda) I could install Theano 0.7 with GPU support but not Theano >=0.8. Keras explicitely requires Theano 0.8.2 so that I'll probably stick to Lasagne for now...
